Voice over Internet Telephony
Voice over Internet (VoIP), also known as Broadband telephony and internet telephony, is now a tried and proven technology being deployed by many organsiations. Essentially, this technology permits you to conduct a telephone conversation over the internet rather than over dedicated telephone lines. Bewcastle Consulting will work with you to specify hardware, software and cabling requirements to ensure that the PABX is up and running on day 1. In addition, Computerwise offers a fully managed service for those users who do not wish to undertake this themselves.
